A Client Perspective: From One Bathroom to a Full Home Transformation
When a client chooses to return to the same company time and time again, it says a lot. Recently, we caught up with one of our long-standing clients who has worked with House to Home across several projects — from a single bathroom renovation to a complete kitchen transformation — to understand what kept them coming back.
What began as a plan to replace one bathroom that no longer suited their home soon evolved into multiple bathroom upgrades and, ultimately, a full kitchen renovation. Curious to learn what made their experience so positive, we asked them to share their honest thoughts on working with the House to Home team and why they chose us project after project.
- How did you first hear about House to Home? – a recommendation from our estate agent, Durrants in Diss, when we purchased the property 20 months ago.
- What made you choose House to Home over other renovation companies? – we visited the showroom based on this recommendation and liked what was displayed and we had a very good conservation with the showroom staff. Note, initially we were looking for replacement bathrooms.
- What were your first impressions of House to Home? – Professional and friendly as well as good design and quality products/workmanship.
- What did you particularly like about our approach or service? – Honest, accommodating and the finished result was important to you. Always had the impression you wanted to do the best for us and your attention to detail was impressive.
- Did our showroom, designers, or suggested products help shape your ideas? - Yes, in both regards. Although we had relatively clear ideas of what we wanted they translated these into design and products, together with enhancements and suggested features that greatly improved the final results.
- Were there any features or finishes that you’re especially happy with? – in respect to the Kitchen, the bespoke cabinets and the Dekton counter tops probably stand out the most. However, the quality of workmanship on all aspects of both the Kitchen and bathrooms is excellent.
- What’s your favourite part of the new space(s)? – in the Kitchen, the centre island unit.
- Have you received any compliments from family or friends? - yes, from all who see. Wow, is the usual reaction!
- You’ve now done several projects with us, what keeps you coming back? – an enjoyable and trustworthy company to work with. All the people we have dealt with have been a pleasure to have in our home and we have been reassured continually by the efforts of Ross and Ryan.
- What would you say to someone considering a renovation with us? – we would confidently and happily recommend the company. Excellent quality, design and workmanship, trustworthy and professional.
