How did you first hear about House to Home?
A recommendation from our estate agent, Durrants in Diss, when we purchased the property 20 months ago.
What made you choose House to Home over other renovation companies?
We visited the showroom based on this recommendation and liked what was displayed and we had a very good conservation with the showroom staff. Note, initially we were looking for replacement bathrooms.
Experience & Process
How would you describe the renovation process from start to finish?
We were generally pleased with the whole process. There was minimal input from us required once basic brief had been agreed. Communications were good and all the trade professionals were excellent. Arrived on time, worked hard, were friendly and clean. Always tidy and conscious of keeping disruption to a minimum.

Professional and friendly as well as good design and quality products/workmanship.
What did you particularly like about our approach or service?
Honest, accommodating and the finished result was important to you. Always had the impression you wanted to do the best for us and your attention to detail was impressive.
Design & Inspiration
Did our showroom, designers, or suggested products help shape your ideas?
Yes, in both regards. Although we had relatively clear ideas of what we wanted they translated these into design and products, together with enhancements and suggested features that greatly improved the final results.
Were there any features or finishes that you’re especially happy with?
in respect to the Kitchen, the bespoke cabinets and the Decton counter tops probably stand out the most. However, the quality of workmanship on all aspects of both the Kitchen and bathrooms is excellent.

In the Kitchen the centre island unit.
